2014 Ridgeline

2014 Honda Ridgeline Sport

Cons: Limited configurability—only one body style and powertrain are offered; rear seat isn’t particularly comfortable

2014 Ridgeline

CG Says: The 2014 Honda Ridgeline blends pickup-truck utility with car-like civility in a solid, sensible package. The light-duty design won’t suit hardcore truckers or serious off-roaders, but casual users and families who occasionally need to tow or haul will find plenty to like. Our top picks here are the mid-level Sport and RTS models. The base RT doesn’t quite have enough standard equipment for our liking, while the top-end RTL and SE models are rather pricey. Innovative pickup features–such as the lockable in-bed “trunk” and two-mode tailgate–and Honda’s solid reputation for reliability make Ridgeline a good competitor in its class.
