CG Says: Land Rover’s flagship vehicle gets a number of updates for 2015: The V6-powered HSE model is now available in long-wheelbase form; a Driver Assistance Package adds lane departure warning, traffic sign recognition, and multiple park-assist features; and an Intelligent Seat Cargo Mode feature automatically adjust the front seats to avoid jamming with the power-folding rear seats. Few SUVs can come close to matching the 2015 Land Rover Range Rover’s combination of good driving dynamics, luxurious accommodations, superb off-road ability, and country-club curb appeal. None of that comes cheap, however, as this is one of the most expensive SUVs currently on the market. Most buyers probably don’t need all the Range Rover has to offer, and as such, will likely find better value elsewhere. That said, few vehicles offer this level of recognition or curb appeal.
