CG Says: Mercedes-Benz C-Class sedans are completely redesigned for 2015. The new car is longer and a bit wider than the previous generation, and interior room is increased. New 4- and 6-cylinder engines, a weight-saving aluminum-intensive structure, and new technology features such as an available adaptive air suspension are among the updates. With the addition of the entry-level CLA-Class sedan to the Mercedes-Benz lineup, the redesigned 2015 C-Class moves a bit upscale in size and prestige. Its strong points include regal cabin appointments and an impressive array of comfort, safety, and technology features. Prices are steep, but the new C-Class sedan is a compelling premium-compact car choice. The C-Class coupe is carried over from 2014 with no significant changes. The C250 coupe has a turbocharged 1.8-liter 4-cylinder with 201 horsepower, the C350 coupe has a 302-hp 3.5-liter V6, and the C63 AMG coupe is powered by a 451-hp 6.2-liter V8. A redesigned coupe model based on the new platform should be joined the C-Class lineup soon.
