Mitsubishi was one of the last Japanese carmakers to enter the U.S. market, introducing a small lineup here back in 1982. The brand is probably best known for its discontinued Eclipse sporty coupe and Lancer Evolution (Evo) performance sedan. Mitsubishi today sells a small range crossovers and the Mirage subcompact car.
