2015 Ford Flex

Pros: Robust acceleration with available EcoBoost engine; Impressive passenger and cargo room, especially in the 3rd row

Cons: Middling fuel economy; polarizing styling; prices get steep on higher-end models; MyFord Touch interface system

CG Says: The 2015 Ford Flex gets standard heated side mirrors and an available heated steering wheel on Limited models. A spacious interior and generous cargo hold are some of this crossover SUV’s best features. We also like Flex’s refined nature and good handling. Downsides include the complications of the MyFord Touch control system and that some desirable features are only offered on the most expensive models. While Flex’s boxy styling may not appeal to everyone, this large, comfortable people mover deserves consideration.
